The son's school system is canceling school (all in all a smart choice IMO), the wife can't get the day off, so I'm taking the day off and taking the younger son to a farm owned by people in our scout troop that's a few miles south of the line. If the weather holds we'll get 2+ minutes of totality.

Doesn't look too good for a lot of us tomorrow. I'm watching in Columbia. It looked better earlier, about 50% cloud cover expected. Now it's 80. St. Jo now expected to be 99% [Reply]
I headed east instead of north. Looked like it was going to be cloud covered in Columbia. I'm at Farmington MO. Looks like a greater chance of seeing it here but I'm getting nervous. It's starting to cloud up. [Reply]
