Cornerbacks get beat actually more often than int or knocked away. A good corner avoids getting beat deep and when he is beat wraps up and gets the receiver on the ground. It doesn't have to be a knockout blow just get your guy on the ground. The rub in Philly isnt that he cannot cover its Darby's tendency to grab reach out arms up high and completely getting shook off. The arm tackling drives me crazy. [Reply]

That's exactly what Nelson's issue was (as I described in my previous post). Hopefully Philly fans are just being Philly fans. I don't want to see a bunch of that crap next year. [Reply]
The whole KC defense the last few years is full of guys who couldn't or wouldn't tackle its contagious especially if you have no team leader that will call a guy out on it. A big reason why I have no remorse seeing Houston go. This new defense needs a whole new mentality. Maybe its just Darby is still young and been banged up, that for Veach Andy and Spags to figure out. [Reply]
