Oh yeah, nothing better than some cajun comfort food. Sounds great.

We went to Texas Roadhouse yesterday and I had a very similar meal as you are making tonight, albeit sirloin steak but it was damn good. I'm sure yours will be better, but those are good eats.

These two ribeyes just came outta the fryer, golden brown AF

Gonna let them sit for a few, then destroy one of them and hit the sack

My line of work is finally heating up again, another 5am wakeup incoming...

Grouper Francese for Birthday Dinner eating outdoors with a breeze.

Lightly egg-battered in a creamy lemon-butter caper sauce. My favorite grouper dish from the Gulf.

Oof, that's not a fun time to get up but it beats the hell out of sitting on your ass all day. Did that at the beginning of this pandemic and it ain't all it's cracked up to be.

At least you should sleep like a brick with that sitting in your stomach.

We did steamed snow crab legs - incredible! With potatoes, sausage and corn.

Thats no lie, what was supposed to be a 2-3 week layoff turned into a 2+ month layoff... guy's who've been here 16 years can't remember a slower offseason

Sleeping in sounds great for a while, but without that work schedule everything starts blending together... when you can't tell a tuesday from a saturday, it's time to get back to work

If you didn’t make it, can I at least know what you were wearing?

I'm a rock-ribbed Francese-phile, though I'd be sorely tempted to plate that grouper on top of some angel hair.

I've done chicken and fish, but I usually forego the egg and just go with panko with Italian herbs.
