Nzoner's Game Room>2019 Free agency Thread
O.city 03:24 PM 02-05-2019
We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.

If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.

I like the Ogbah addition. Cheap depth that will make it easier to rotate guys.

Ogbah is the type of player New England seems to make a killing on. Still has upside, versatile, fits a system.

Breaking: Duke Johnson's reps have asked the #Browns to trade him, a league source tells clevelanddotcom https://t.co/pWeTKOdQWw

They need a linebacker who can tackle.

We have one Reggie Ragland?

Might be a good fit in our offense.

I’d take Duke Johnson but it’d probably cost too much.

Who knows on what they would ask in picks. Maybe flip another player.

That is peanuts for a guy who is a legit homerun threat in our offense.

He's better than Hyde.

He's better than Darrell Williams.

This defense is worse on paper than it was last year at this time

I guess I’d take Duke for cheap but tbh I don’t think he’s much of an upgrade on D Will if he is one at all

Then again I think I’m higher on D Will than most. I could see him giving up 1k and 350ish receiving yards in a full, healthy season.

The chance to prove to everyone how good of a drafter he was!

Meanwhile Chiefs offense would be amazing.

the Browns used him on third down exclusively, stupidly. He'd explode on this offense.

Too bad paper doesn't mean crap when the games start.

Agreed. The Pats defense is worse on paper. If we had this staff last year we beat the Rams and the Pats.
