That's TOO much sleep for me. Hell, they even isolated the gene responsible for people who only need 4 or fewer hours of sleep.

Funny this thread popped up today. I have been on second shift for a few years but start a new position on first shift next week. Going from no alarm clock to having to be at work by 530

If I’m taking my oldest to preschool, then 6:45. If not, I set the alarm for 7:30, but usually wake up around 7:15.

I work for myself, from home, so I just wake up whenever I want depending on how late I went to bed. Not trying to derail the topic, but how many of you hit the snooze? I absolutely have to hit the snooze. It’s almost like I don’t know even remember the first time my alarm goes off... which is scary as s***!

Between 430, and 5 is when I set my alarm depending on when I have to leave for work. I’m usually still up at least 15 min before my alarm goes off.

Anywhere between 6 and 10 on weekends.

Let dog out at 4:47, lay down
Let dog in at 4:56, shower.
Out the door by 5:30
Work at 6, about a 25 minute drive.
