On early workout days, we (my wife and I) get up at 4:45am.
On late workout days, it's 5:15am.
On weekends, we sleep in between 6-7:00am.
We've both always been early risers. Even when we were in college and staying up partying with friends until nearly dawn, she and I would be up early and walking while everyone else slept in until noon or later.

When I have too much going on at work, I often wake up much earlier (as early as 2:30am) and start working. I actually do some of my best problem solving and "flow" state work that early. It just sucks to then need to go do a full day at the workplace after that. Otherwise, I love the feeling of being up when no one else is and getting a head start on the competition.

Buy another TV and VCR. Record it in a different room. You're welcome.

Whenever I please really. Generally around 8 or 8:30 but I don’t typically use an alarm. I work for myself so I make sure to not have any clients before 10:30.

7:30ish. Maybe later if the baby has been crying during the night. I only live 8 minutes from work though and really don't have set hours.

Jesus, man. You're like my exact opposite.

You've probably got your life way more together than I do, though. :-)

When I was working I got up at 5:30 every morning to get to work at 7:00

I retired last January, and after an adjustment period, I now get up whenever the sun shines through my east-facing bedroom windows. I can't sleep any longer than that.

I have never been a natural early riser and I absolutely despise the hour I lose for DST. I get up about 30 minutes before I have to be at work which is 8 or 9 a.m. If I'm not working I'll sleep til I wake up which is usually 9 or later, if we're both home we may get up around 9 or 10, jump in the shower, "workout" and sleep another couple of hours. Naps are also likely to happen whenever they come along.

Move to the west bedroom or black out your windows, although early risers never get to be as sloth-like as true late sleepers.

Any time I damn well please, I'm retired. The same goes for my naps.
