Looks like Malik Scott took a dive.

Only the left hook landed clean. That other punch caught a significant part of Scott's glove. Wilder's a beast, but this fight doesn't demonstrate it.

Yeah something was fishy about this knockout. When I was watching, I immediately said "he didn't even hit him".

He hit him with the left, but that was more of a probing jab than a hook.
The second punch didn't land effectively.

I even think Scott's body language was unconvincing. He didn't have the eyes of a fighter incapable of getting up. He looked aware.

Deontay Wilder is something else. His last fight looked really sketchy, there was no clear connection and he knocked out his opponent round 1.
