If the market wasn’t so crazy you would see the Saints trade up for Baker Mayfield. They love him apparently. They probably think he can be their next Brees, but I highly doubt it.

They missed on Norwell, lost their best guard and starting center to free agency and while they signed 30 year old left tackle Nate Solder to a huge deal, they're stuck in a quandary.
Do they take a QB? Nelson at guard? Barkley, with no interior lineman to open holes or protect Eli?

Eli has not been consistent but I doubt that he is the major problem the Giants have as a team overall. [Reply]
