I had two LG phones that became my favorite mobile phones. The problem was the both developed bootloop defect after the warranty ended. So I walked away to Samsung never looked back.

Anyone have any experience with OnePlus phones? I'm looking to upgrade to a S21 Ultra, but saw this OnePlus 9 Pro that got good reviews. Never heard of them before.

Both are pretty incredible phones. Very similar specs for the most part. Keep in mind, the OnePlus isn't compatible with AT&T 5G, and doesn't work with Verizon's 5G UW. OnePlus is definitely cheaper.

Recently got a S21 myself, and I love it. Been a Samsung user for quite a while though, and don't have experience with the OnePlus.

Note that Samsung is currently doing a trade-in for old Samsung phones to be used toward a new S21. As is Verizon. I actually got $800 credit for my old Galaxy S8, for upgrading. Made my decision much easier.
