Just a guess but considering they moved the game last year and it cost them Millions of $ Im guessing it ill be in great shape.

I would bet good money the NFL is taking care of field prep this time.

NFL will protect Mahomes big time when he comes back.

I bet we get mega-star treatment now.

He missed three weeks, yes short of the 4 to 6 week timeline. How many games did Mahomes miss when his ankle was sprained and reaggravated?

I hope you're not trying to compare an Barkely's ankle sprain to a kneecap dislocation...

All I am comparing is the point that nobody knows shit except the team and medical staff. Unless you have seen the MRI you have no idea what Mahomes knee looks like.

Just like all the people saying 4-8 weeks for Barkley had no clue.

They better. The NFL without Mahomes is just about unwatchable.

Barkley looked pretty healthy today tbh.

Stafford only missed two games when he had a similar knee dislocation with no ligament damage.

But the one thing all people can agree with is that more time away is always going to be safer than less time. If we're talking about our franchise QB we cannot put him back on the field unless we are 200% sure he's healthy with limited risk of long-term reinjury.

Who is sure of that? I think there is some diminishing return there, and at some point he might come back with a little rust.

If we did that, he would never play again.

Hopefully Mahomes will return to a fully healthy offense as well.
