Nzoner's Game Room>Bengals looking to trade John Ross
Dante84 12:52 PM 02-26-2019

Sources tell me the Cincinnati Bengals are hoping to trade receiver John Ross and will field offers during the combine. We'll have more tonight during our podcast.

Wonder what the asking price is?

For a 5th? Why not?

7 TD’s on 21 receptions last year

A 5th round player has much better odds of playing than John Ross...

I've been really disappointed with how Ross has turned out. i really enjoyed watching him play at UW.

However, for a low round pick, I would give it a shot. He has more chance of turning it around that Coates does and the Chiefs are going to need another receiver.

the non football player version of Tyreek Hill - hard pass.

Would. Imagine trying to guard Hill and Ross on go routes with Watkins and Kelce abusing the middle. Pat would never face a cover 0 blitz ever again.

He's just hurt all the time.

Even if you give up a late round pick, say your 6th or whatever, you've gotta take on his contract which was what, #9?

Nah.

Ross' issues have mostly been injuries. i don't trust marvin lewis to develop a WR like I do Andy. If Ross can get past the injury issues, watch out. A healthy Ross and Hill on offense would be crazy.

Just be glad the Gals took him 1 pick ahead of Mahomes.

Meh low risk gamble. He couldn't possibly cost more than a 3rd ( I wouldn't make the trade if that's the case) and there's a good chance you could get him for a 4th and next years 6th or something like that.
