He’s only here end of April til beginning of October, so gotta rub as much salt in his wounds as possible in that short timespan. Unfortunately he’s fucking oblivious of the Blowmo curse. Everything he says goes the exact opposite way

EVERY. FUCKING. TIME.

Sounds eerily familiar…

Nix isn’t like them at all. He’s in the Tua, Goff, Purdy camp that needs incredible talent around him to go far and even then can’t win it all.
He's much closer to Brian Griese than Drew Brees.

Look at this list of losers under center for the Donkeys since 2016. Poverty franchise that has no hopes of getting better anytime soon.

Never watched any of these guys play outside of a random half once or twice last season, so don’t really have an opinion, other than jumping up to get Nix seemed like a big reach.

However, Kurt Warner liked both Penix’s and Nix’s tape better than Maye’s. Mostly he liked their decision-making and processing. The one other thing I remember from Warner’s critique was that Nix had plenty of arm when he wasn’t either falling away or not stepping into throws. He kind of hits his back foot and then throws without any weight transfer to his front foot. But when he actually does it right, he could drive it, or in Kurt’s words, “it looked like an NFL throw.”

Guess we’ll see if Payton can fix what sounds like a footwork issue. Should be easier than fixing arm motion problems, no?

We’ll see who’s right

How NFL teams were ranking the QBs in this Draft:

Jayden Daniels, 1.02

+ Commanders GM: "He was the highest-ranked player in the draft for us."

Drake Maye, 1.03

+ Patriots HC: "We were comfortable with all three of those guys, and it just so happened to be Drake."

+…
