39 states have increasing cases. Many states are seeing death averages increase.

:-)

I see 2 options..

1. We stay open, mask up, wash our hands, social distance, etc. People will die.

2. We close up shop. We do irreversible damage to all kinds of aspects to our country. Less people will die from Covid - but more people will die from other causes. We have no clue if another lockdown would do us any good whatsoever in the long term, or if we'd just be prolonging the inevitable.

Both options kind of blow.

It all depends if you trust that a working vaccine will come soon....if not, it's tons of deaths slow or tons of deaths fast

I think he had a negative soon after the initial positive

And he had no symptoms at all the first time

He thinks he was asymptomatic from a small load exposure

I think it was false

But it doesn't matter now

What kind of irreversible damage are we talking about? Like losing Golden Corral for good?

There's a third option, actually.

But I'll go with your #1

Yeah. That's lots of jobs disappearing, along with tons of small business owners of places like Golden Dragon Buffet

Well, it wouldn't make this go away but it would make us feel better

Kind of like how we charged to Afghanistan and Iraq after Sep 11

Oh you know. Stuff like people not seeking care for major medical conditions. Kids being abused at home with nobody to report it. General isolation, loneliness, substance abuse and suicides.
