The point is they don't ever want him to be able to run again or have anything to do with the GOP, which is really the GOPe/Donor Class, same as the Democrat Donor Class. They're the stupid party because it was Trump that got many of them re-elected. Just like Romney said, they want to make it so no outsider can ever run again.
