Honestly surprised Fouts hasn't been replaced by a better / younger retired player. He hasn't been decent for quite a while and I'm pretty floored that he's on team 2. Romo is unique, but I'm surprised that his success hasn't created more of a push to find other talented guys from the retired QB club...especially the guys that were lauded for their intelligence. Of course, you have to have a personality and communication skills as well...but not like Fouts is setting a high bar in that department, either.
