Shockingly Michael J Fox is shaking a hell of a lot less now then he was about 15-20 years ago when speaking out against GWB and on behalf of Stem Cell Research. [Reply]

I find I have a certain amount of respect for your continued ability to surprise me with how big of a piece of shit you are. [Reply]

my neighbor who passed away last year, had it pretty bad, then as time went on, it wasnt as bad, lived into her late 80's. Hopefully Micheal has a long life ahead of him. [Reply]

My mother has it. Quite severe. She had the DBS surgery done, but it was not as effective as we had hoped (also, fuck St. Luke's forever). She is in her early 70s and has had this for about 30 years (early-onset). When it began it progressed slowly, but over the last 5 years it had more than made up for that slow build. Now it has started to rob her of memories and cognitive abilities. It is honestly one of the worst fates that can befall a human. Your neighbor stopped shaking as much because it reaches a point where the body becomes fully rigid. They can't move without assistance, take care of themselves, and usually aren't able to speak, chew, or swallow by the end.
The shit dick that thinks Fox was exaggerating it in the past is clearly clueless to the disease and can't be bothered to look it up. I believe Fox has a levodopa pump installed which is similar to the insulin pumps people are more familiar with. It will keep him medicated and regulated. I am making an assumption here but I imagine when he is in public or on camera he ups is the dosage for that. [Reply]
I've really enjoyed all of these reunions during this pandemic Back to the Future, Goonies, The Office and the Parks and Rec episode they did on Zoom. [Reply]
