I never figured out why they didn't apologize and fire her and have her apologize. It was the worst excuse for journalism I've ever seen. Maybe they were afraid that Tyreek would sue, but I suspect that he's got more assets now than the Star does, so I doubt that he'd bother. But an apology would at least indicate that she and the Star learned something. I guess they didn't.
She's the perfect example of why you should hire based on qualifications and not on gender politics. She should not still be working in this field, and yet here she is. [Reply]
