Here in KY, we had perfect weather. It was amazing, but damn, the traffic was horrendous afterwards.
One of my trucking buddies told me it took him 7 hrs to go from Paducah,Ky to Louisville,Ky. Just our little town alone, all motels were booked and traffic was backed up getting onto the Wstrn Ky Pkwy EB to get to I-65 NB.:-)
That right there told me one thing, if traffic can come to a standstill over something like that, just think what a major catastrophic event would be like!:-) [Reply]
