I'll put it this way. On my own I am not very fashionable, but with my wife's help (along with one of her really good friends who is a gay man) I am the best dressed man in the circles I run in. Of course, a few of the circles I run in are loaded with redneck farmers so I'm not sure how high I'm setting the bar with my earlier statement.

Tell you the truth, people dress like shit these days, particularly men.

Fashion is ugly, with everyone in blacks and greys.

The 20-somethings dress like they are hippie hobos, the 30-somethings try to look like Europeans from 10 years ago, the 40-somethings still think that they are in '87, but just don't tuck in their shirts anymore, and the 50-somethings dress like they just got off of a casting call for Jersey Shore - The Movie.

It's fucking embarrassing.
