Two words: long snapper.
Bulk them up and teach them to long snap. I've read that women have more fine-level coordination than men, so they should thrive. You might want to be sure they bulk up, though, so they can run down punts. [Reply]

I was hoping holder would become a specialty position so I wouldn't have to teach them to kick too but long snapper might work. [Reply]
