Staumont is a higher ranked prospect than Zimmer at this point.
Plus, this team drafted Kyle Zimmer seven years ago, and this year is the first time he's ever pitched 25 games in a season. I figure he'll be up in September but who cares? This is literally the first time in seven years of pro baseball he's had any kind of sustained success. There's zero reason to rush him up to a 100 loss team. [Reply]
