Saw it coming as last season moved along. They collapsed at the end of the year but you could see they were building towards something. Have been impressed with their direction since Gruden took over. Funny to think his hiring was met with such dismissal at the time. He's completely reshaped Carr's game and built a tremendous OL. The guys that I get frustrated with: Niemann, Keizer, Damarcus R., and Ward often. It seems like they all give up big plays and are out there a lot more than their play deserves. [Reply]
