Well, my family has 6 Windows PC's. I don't see false positives hardly at all. Maybe once or twice a year. We've had one infected device since I stopped using Avast and started using Windows built-in back in the Windows 7 days.

The thing is windows defender is even worse, it blacklists all hrmph keygens and such.

I've never had any issues with it at all. Certainly not the number of issues that are caused by 3rd party AV products.

And I'm sure you understand why blacklisting keygens is DESIRED behavior. Don't pirate software, don't have any issues. :-)
