Washington DC and The Holy Land>Michael Avenatti is a Superstar
Lex Luthor 12:16 AM 05-20-2018
Michael Avenatti is Donald Trump's second-worst nightmare.

The honor of being Donald Trump's worst nightmare obviously goes to Robert Mueller, as Mueller is slowly but surely tightening the noose on the Russian Colluder in Chief. But Mueller is running a tight ship. No leaks are coming from Mueller's team, and Mueller himself is very tight-lipped about what he has found.

This is where Michael Avenatti joins the party. He goes on all of the talk shows and exposes Trump and his lackey Giuliani as the fools that they are.

It is unlikely that Avenatti has any information that Mueller does not. But Avenatti is doing something that Mueller cannot. He is fighting (and clearly winning) the battle of public opinion. He is beating trump at his own game: A media barrage where he is always at the center.

When feeble old Giuliani declared that Avenatti is an "ambulance chaser", Avenatti responded with this hilarious and epic takedown:

Rudy Giuliani - the only “ambulance” I have ever chased in my career is the one you are driving right now in a desperate attempt to save this presidency. Any time you would like to compare our legal careers and cases over the last 15 yrs, I would be happy to. #sirens #basta

Another awesome tweet from Michael Avenatti, Superstar:

This is getting too easy. What an absolute train wreck this guy is. EVERY time!!! #Embarrassment #TimeForPasture #DazedConfused #Basta

Unfair!’ Rudy Giuliani explodes when CNN’s Cuomo plays clip of him saying presidents must obey subpoenas https://t.co/AszT6ZZx9D via rawstory

:-)
The allegations are made up by Trump. The White House official (who does exsist) did in fact say that there’s not time to prepare for a June 12th summit.

If you're going to keep lying, you're just going to keep proving Baby Lee's point.

You’ve got the Federalist, and the NYT has 200 other reporters that were there. That’s all I can help you with.

Michael Avenatti continues to own Rudy Giuliani.

This is why I love it every time Mr. Giuliani speaks. He just acknowledged that BEFORE he joined Mr. Trump’s team on Apr. 19, Trump was aware of the repayment to Cohen and lied about it. Rudy: under the law that’s called an “admission” and it’s very damaging. Pls keep talking. https://t.co/DJYMhYb0uh

Asked about shifting explanations for statement on Trump Tower meeting, Rudy Giuliani tells @GStephanopoulos:

"This is the reason you don't let the president testify. Our recollection keeps changing, or we're not even asked a question and somebody makes an assumption." pic.twitter.com/DLQsGbfGhA

Michael Avenatti, now representing separated migrant families, denies he’s chasing the limelight

Stormy Daniels has slipped from national headlines in recent days, as Trump administration breakups of migrant families dominate press coverage, but the porn star's attorney, Michael Avenatti, has remained in the spotlight. That's because Avenatti has some new clients — about 60 of the parents whose separations from their children are the No. 1 news story in America.

Breitbart News, among the media's most Trump-friendly outlets, has portrayed Avenatti's expanding caseload as a ploy to stay relevant. The New York Post suggested the same, albeit more subtly, reporting that Avenatti has “inserted himself” into the biggest story in the country.

“This argument that somehow I'm chasing the limelight is a bunch of nonsense, and it's offensive — highly offensive — to me,” Avenatti said Thursday by phone from Phoenix, where he planned to meet with four children who have been separated from their parents.

“Look, I didn't need any additional fame or limelight beyond what I already had,” he added

Avenatti said he did not seek to become involved in family separation cases but was contacted by a California family that asked him to represent a relative, a woman who had lost custody of her child upon reaching the U.S. border.

“I then sent out a tweet, stating that I was going to be getting involved in this fight,” he said.

Avenatti acknowledged that his high-profile work for Daniels may have contributed to the demand for his services, which he said he is providing for the migrant families pro bono. Avenatti's typical hourly rate, he said, is $1,100.

“I have a lot of notoriety now because of the Stormy Daniels case,” he said. “I was less well known before, outside of legal circles.”

An executive order President Trump signed Wednesday will allow parents and children apprehended at the border and accused of trying to enter the country illegally to be held together in federal custody while the parents await criminal prosecution. Trump and other administration officials previously claimed, falsely, that splitting up families was required by law and that only Congress could end the practice. In reality, the Justice Department triggered mass breakups in April by implementing what it called a “zero-tolerance policy.”

The president's order applies to future detentions of migrant families but does not include a plan to reunify those already separated. Avenatti said his aim is to reunite parents and children split up over the past two months, whom he described as “in limbo.”

The Fix asked whether, given his sudden influx of clients, Avenatti can devote sufficient attention to Daniels, who is suing Trump for defamation and to invalidate a non-disclosure agreement in which she pledged not to speak publicly about her claim of an extramarital affair. Avenatti said he has a team of about a dozen with whom he can share the load.

“I am blessed to have an incredible staff of other highly competent paralegals, lawyers and others that I have surrounded myself with,” Avenatti said. “This is not a one-man band, by any stretch.”

A perfect time to bump this thread with a tweet from Avenatti that is 100% spot-on.

Trump pretends he is a tough guy. He is nothing of the kind. He grew up spoiled with a silver spoon in his mouth and a gold toilet under his butt. He was handed everything. That is why the majority of America & the UN laughs at him and calls him a con. But at least Putin is a fan

Here's why you'd hire Avenatti for this case. Trump just got suckered into jumping into the fray--despite everyone on his side telling him to stay out--and the first thing Trump did was walk himself into an easy uppercut that will get reported nationwide. https://t.co/1yuTxCTHNq

I mean, I have my criticisms of Avenatti, but right now in Trump is arguing in his case "we've agreed not to enforce that hush money agreement with Avenatti's client and abandoned the field so please please don't make us fight," so Trump's bluster is maybe a little unconvincing.

Bullies like Trump don't like it when their victims hit back. They look elsewhere for easier targets.

Anyone that criticized Trump yet supports Avenetti is either delusional or ignorant.

Believes he offers anything of legal substance with his current client in relation to actual events that occurred involving Kavanaugh.

Shut the fuck up you bloated 40 year old pizza boy. Instead of spending time posting on the internet you might want to go out and find yourself a life of some sort so your poor mother can have some sort of pride in you before she passes on.

I think he's pretty good at giving Trump a dose of his own medicine.
