How did you make the sauce? I would assume using the bits/flavoring from the pan after searing your steak?

Had a lot of Jewish roomates in Boston during school and after—half were from NYC area. Lots of Chinese food—often.

I love Chinese food, we don't get it very often, don't know why. It's not a bad deal, for less than $25 bucks, we can get about 6 meals out of it from the local joint.
