Sign Zach Brown to play MLB.
Trade for Rhodes.
Draft a CB, DE and S hopefully in the first three picks.

Use the rest of your money to work on deals.

Steven Nelson locks in $9M w/ the #Steelers in 2019, $7.5M of which comes from his signing bonus, the only guarantee in the contract. There’s a $3M bonus early in March 2020 that will decide his fate going forward.
