Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.

What an absolute dogshit of a major. One of the worst I've ever seen. Yes, Kaymer played well but the field was awful all week and nobody made any type of charge. When Erik Compton (who???) finishes as a runner up in a major, that's when you know the bigger names were abysmal. [Reply]
Rory is making Nike regret that huge contract. He's been a pile of feces ever since he won the PGA and walked into that big money. The last 6 majors have been a total washout for the guy. It seems like every tournament, he's finishing behind Spieth. That has to sting him. With Tiger out of action, Nike is getting creamed on their endorsement spend.
