Ok. But the Courts are not going to go by what Trump deems "essential."

It's either a 1st Amendment violation or it's not. That's up to the Judiciary.

But in terms of what is "essential" and what is not, that's a decision made by people who actually make the rules, at the local level. There is no federal shut down, so what Trump thinks is "essential" is irrelevant.

He's performing his role as head cheerleader and the AG has already gotten the message. The DOJ is looking specifically at this. I started a thread about this a while ago but nobody gave a shit. Regardless, it's still true.
