I mean I love finding a gem, Danna, Wharton, I mean those guys have been awesome, but don't try that shit in round two. Look for talent that is falling, like Houston [Reply]

If you want to talk 3rd or 4th, I think that's where you most likely see a lineman taken unless something drastic happens.
I think the first 2 rounds will like be DE/DT, CB, or WR. That's just my take.
I'm totally fine with that. If you need a left tackle get him in the first, but otherwise the 3rd/4th is the sweet spot. Until Niang we seem to have mostly waited until the 6th or close to it, with mixed results. [Reply]
Drafting OL in the first round is drafting Mahomes an extra two seconds to find an open receiver. That's worth its weight in gold, even for a fatty. [Reply]

This is so clearly the best path. And it’s why people on this board are not GMs. [Reply]

One 1st round OL isn’t going to double his protection time.
We just need to keep stacking elite players around Mahomes. Offense and Defense. Look at all the great players Pittsburgh and Baltimore have drafted late in the 1st and 2nd. [Reply]

Willie Gay was technically a project in Round 2. [Reply]
