Two moments that immediately come to mind.... Cain's back to back diving catches against the Angels in the 2014 ALDS.

And scoring from first against the Blue Jays in the ALCS.... best seat I've ever had at The K, just off home plate, and that moment was fucking nuts.

Good for him.

I'll be rooting for him for sure.

He gave us some amazing memories for sure.

-Scoring from first in game 6 on a SINGLE when not even stealing. (Good scouting there too)
-The diving catches against the Angels in the same inning of Game 3 ALDS.
-The speed in the outfield.
-That smile and Salvy's instagram posts with him. Priceless.

Who guessed Cain would have the highest FA contract 2 weeks before Pitchers report?

Lorenzo Cain has agreed on a 5-year, $80M deal with the #Brewers, source says. It’s the biggest free agent contract of the offseason. The deal includes no-trade protection and significant award bonuses. Milwaukee building a super outfield with addition of Yelich and Cain.

Is a super outfield the new market inefficiency?

I’m happy about this one. With his age he would have been a risk and I’m thrilled he’s in the NL because he might finally win the GG he deserves. Also Small Markets 4 lyfe and Cain gets to go back “home”. The Brewers might be my NL team this year.

@jcrasnick: Lorenzo Cain's deal with #Brewers includes a $300K bonus for each All-Star team, and $500K for MVP award. The #Dodgers, #Cubs and #SFGiants were all interested. Somewhat surprisingly, #Indians also were involved in discussions with him.

@MLBPipeline: Lorenzo Cain has reportedly agreed to a 5-year/$80m deal with #Brewers. #Royals would get comp pick at end of Round 1 (currently No. 31). @Brewers would forfeit their 3rd-highest pick (currently No. 73). 2018 @MLBDraft order: http://atmlb.com/2hGAtir https://twitter.com/MLBPipeline/stat...980544/photo/1

Best of luck Lo Cain. Thanks for memories. Brewers traded him away, we got his prime for nothing and now they are paying for this decline.
