We beat the Lions, so... if they beat the Packers, we can relax about that game, right?

Ummmm, not they don't. Officials have been doing this shitty work for a LONG time now, and they'll do nothing more than send them a template "Sorry" email. Then start claiming that they have a tough job and bla bla bla...
Reid said he’s calling the league office this week about Kelce and now with the Detroit screw job it’s about to get very interesting.

Lions kicked 5 field goals. You knew that was going to bite them eventually.
First rule of officiating. If you don't SEE it, don't CALL it! No hand contact to the face. They didn't see it. They just assumed it was probably there and threw the flag. And that's assuming it was an honest mistake.

Unfortunately no. It isn't.

Could it be any more obvious that the league is going to force a Rodgers-Brady Super Bowl on us?

Come back to this post in February and I’ll bet you any money that’s who we get.

Exactly.

You can't celebrate anything anymore. There's always a beat at Arrowhead after the end of any play because everyone is scanning the field to see if they can find a flag (or, just as often, waiting for a late one).

And with replay making nothing final anyway, even the absence of a flag isn't enough to get excited.

The flag-happy nature of the league is really ruining it. As you said - if it clearly impacted the play then call it. If it didn't, let it go. It's just not that damn complicated.

Lions have gotten ****ed over a bunch of times like us. That Dallas playoff game a few years was a complete rape job by Jerry and his band of refs.

What is the one thing that could kill that love for the game? Believing that I’m not watching a legitimate sporting event.

It is so easy for the league and the refs to subtly fix games. Defensive holding, pass interference, hands to the face, roughing the passer, holding...

All subjective calls, all automatic first downs, all designed to make it easy for the refs to fix games.

**** this shit. The greed of the owners is going to kill the greatest sports league in the world. The more lazy and obvious this shit gets, the less I’m going to watch.

I won’t be played for a fool.
Not anymore!!

This why the NFL should not allow gambling in football. pic.twitter.com/pSFhAytcf4

With the NFL moving to Vegas and gambling becoming widely accepted, this stuff is just going to get worse.

We’ve allowed gambling to become too interwoven with our sports and the integrity of the game is simply too easily compromised because of it.

Nothing is changing fellas. Games will be continued to be steered. Too much money on the line. If you notice, it's always the same franchises getting the major "boosts" too

Detroit fans are taking this better than we are. They are used to getting fucked.

I think the league office will just let the calls go to voice mail, then claim the voice mail server crashed and they lost all the voice messages.

The league office has made up their mind about who will go to the SB this year, they have ratings to consider, drama and controversy (of many types) to keep stoked, and don't need the likes of teams like the Chiefs and Lions interrupting their latte break.

The only person at 1 Arrowhead way and 1 Detroit Way who can make a difference are each team's owner. And to end this BS, they will have to make threats.

Same company that allowed a Jacksonville TD to be blown dead that would have put away NE in an AfC Championship
