So heres a curious question with Spags and a new system. How do you get the first team unit to gel especially with so many new players? More reps in practice, more playing time in pre season, or what? Admittedly I'm a little nervous about his answer when asked will the defense be ready week 1 he said "well see" [Reply]

It's not going to happen by Week 1 likely, but really they just need to play as a unit. The good thing is that the bigger adds are taking lead roles. [Reply]

After years together last years unit didn’t gel. It’s less about reading now so they just have to react. [Reply]
