As long as you don't have some kind of a power failure in the heat of the summer for days, you're good.

My parents came across a good deal on deep freezes so i got a 21 cubic foot one to go along with a 14 (I think it is) that I've got in the garage. If the power goes out....we may all be fucked.

My body shop buddy has a couple that will be or are ready. I think I'm taking one of those, especially if my new chest freezer gets here. Got another buddy with pigs. I texted him earlier inquiring.

I think that's the way to go.

Is anyone else doing home delivery for groceries? It apparently gets you in the supply line a few days out (if you want) so with some planning, it's no big deal.

You said it couldn't be found IIRC.

It's there. In quantity. Just going to be expensive.

Edit: while you DID say "you'd be hard pressed to find it "which wasn't and isn't true

You also did say the price was going through the roof
Yes I did and you boasted about how you called your guy and it only went up .15 pound...but whatever

We're doing deliveries from the local chain and Aldis. Its usually around 3 days out. I supplement with mini store runs for things that pop up or were overlooked.

My guy usually comes to me. Lol. He will swing through when he gets done this afternoon.

He knows if I go down there I spend way too much money, so I tell him what I'm looking for and he gets it together. That way I'm not just grabbing 10 of everything. It helps me and his stock. He's bringing me some huge cajun marinated chicken beasts he makes, some honey beef sticks, and I told him go through the steaks and pick some good ones.
