Just watched a short clip from one of the guys that works on the IHME model. Said the new model run would be out later today, and expects the total number of deaths to be revised down. He didn't say by how much, but that's good news I think.

Approximately 3,000,000 people die in the USA every year. I think that is about one every 10-11 seconds. I have a hunch this rate will not increase too much and a high percentage being reported as Covid are something else.
