I've hated the Raiders since the late '60s. I'm as much a Chiefs fan as anyone here. Having said that, I can't hate Derek Carr as a person after watching this:

Just give credit where it's due. Carr is a very good QB who will probably make 7 or 8 Pro Bowls and possibly win a championship before it's all said and done.

I'm sure plenty of Marino fans were saying the same thing after his first year. No guarantee he wins a SB. He's good but plenty of good QBs have not won a SB and there is no guarantee he will especially given his track record against good teams.
