Here in San Diego a good share of our cases are tagged as "Presumed".

Around here a presumed positive has been someone who has tested positive but it hasn’t been sent off to be verified yet

It seems to me that what they are trying to do is get immediate cash into the economy. If your making $65K-100K a year, your not putting the extra $1000 in savings. Your spending it.

You are making $250K a year. You take it but probably just throw it in savings. Helps the $250K guy but doesn’t put cash into the economy.

Is that the economic theory here? Anyone know?
