It does seem like a new age Ford sport Trac or whatever those were called. Small bed, can haul the family around. They seemed to do well for a while [Reply]

It has a bigger bed and seats more people. It's almost exactly like any current full size short bed crew cab truck, only electric. [Reply]
The biggest strike against this truck for the worker who works from a pickup is when your out in middle of nowhere something goes wrong with it. Who the hell to call? Your stuck time is money that there seals its fate as a fleet truck. But this isn't the market Elon is after he is looking for the cool factor crowd. [Reply]

I'm guessing this version is not meant to replace the F-350 super duty [Reply]

You cannot haul as much with an SUV as you can with a truck. The bed of the truck is no limited height wise like the SUV, i.e. you can haul appliances as well as many many other things you cannot in an SUV.
Fewer and Fewer people are "camping". They either have an RV they pull or stay in motels. [Reply]

Hmm, have you driven the newer, last 5 years, 4 door pickups or the Denali Yukon? They ride and have more comfortable seats than any large domestic sedan and most sedans under $40K. [Reply]
