Find something to study or maybe pay a hooker to choke you out in the shower with all your new found savings?
Does that work?

Be sure it's the shower and not the bathtub, though. I'm not making that mistake again.

About 10 years ago I quit fairly easily with Chantix...it worked amazingly well.

Only problem, it doesn't help you stay quit, eventually you're on your own. I lasted about 6 months, drinking finally did me in. That's the part of the equation I could never solve, and there's no way in hell I'm giving up my beer as well.

Oh I know a lot of people that have quit and still drink as well. I have no idea why I could never get past it.

How much did you smoke per day when you quit?

My wife and I have basically picked the habit back up since covid after going 7 years smoking free.

My son picked up smoking while serving in Afganistan. Came home and had quit completely after a week. Said it was easy because compared to what he was used to smoking, American cigarettes suck and he didnt even crave them anymore

There was only one type of cigarette worth it. Was hard to find them fresh, but they were so wonderful when you did.

But really, don't smoke.

While true, I really dont have a hard time quitting. I quit for long periods of time several times in the past.
