There are no sure things but there’s still a chance that the Chiefs can still get the number one seed.
There's a difference between being possible and realistic... I don't think the Texans will lose to the Titans in Nashville THIS season. And to be clear, in an earlier post to Joe Delaney, I was referring to your overall playoff scenario as not being realistic because you had the Chiefs as the ONLY team winning out, while others lost several games. That's not being very realistic at all IMO. [Reply]
THIS season the Texans are much better than the Titans. I don't see them losing there again this season. However, based on recent history, I stand corrected in my inclusion as it being "unrealistic." [Reply]
Yeah Ravens have a reasonably tough schedule, they could lose to the Rams, 49ers, Bills. Jets are playing better, they already lost to the Browns this season, and the Steelers lost to them by only 3. They could definitely lose 2 of them, the Texans lose 1 of the 5 (probably to the Pats but also maybe Tennessee) and the Chiefs win out. [Reply]
I think the 2 seed is pretty realistic if the Chiefs can win out.
And, frankly, that doesn’t seem very unrealistic itself. Won’t be easy to overcome the refs in Fixboro, but a recharged KC team can blow out this Patriot team. [Reply]
