So close to his eye. Justify that. Wait, no, don’t, because your justifications will be sickening.

Someone, and I will assume it is the grandparents has been documenting every injury this child has received because they love him and are concerned for him. No tweet started this. No one else has been able to piece together the coincidence that Hill was posting pics to Instagram & Facebook of him & his “boys” out in the club on March 4? What was the date of the first police report? March 5?

Hm. Doesn’t take a genius to conclude cheating allegations were more than likely made, baby momma was po’d sitting at home alone & pregnant, loses her sh*t and starts running her mouth making accusations against Hill to her parents, friends, whoever. They’ve all seen the child’s ugly injuries like the one to his face. Then the broken arm. Who knows what else hasn’t been shared on SM. What do they do? One of those people, if not two or three, maybe even Espinal herself made those police reports.

If she was mad enough, say she decided she was leaving him, she had nothing to lose but to fuck his life up and get even. If she told her parents he was the cause, I’d put my money there. They reported it thinking she’d be bringing the kids and herself back to them and safety. Then she decided she wasn’t leaving him. Typical DV cycle. But it was too late. All this had blown up. As it obviously should have.

The child has been hurt. More than once. Period. At this point, neither one of them deserves that child. Someone is protecting someone. Rather one of them did it & they’re covering up for the other, or covering up for who did. They’re both guilty. Flame me all you want, I don’t care, but I hope they don’t get him back for a long, long time. And I hope CPS takes those babies when they are born. At least then, they’ll all be safe, being raised with family members.

And this bs about “young parents” as justification...sickening. I’ve been a parent since I was 16.5 years old. Still in high school. My children NEVER had injuries that would make anyone look cross eyed at me. And if they had have broken a limb, no one would have ever doubted it was accidental.

If only you had come forward sooner with this bullet-proof time-line....Hill would be in chains!..and the DA would'nt have wasted 2 months.

I like how you tried to tie this situation to your own parenting experience...like that has any bearing on a situation with a completely different set of circumstances. You have no idea how a 3 year old could have been injured. If you see a kid with a black eye...do you immediately call child services? It MUST be abuse....

I had stitches four or five times as a kid....certainly my parents did it.

This is known as projection...emotional projection at that. It's what the half-assed beat writer from the Star did.

So some new evidence pops up the day after the DA announced no charges?

Or it’s evidence they already had and it wasn’t good enough?

It's also what two dozen people here did as they shared their own I-grew-up-to-be-the-man-I-am-today experiences with corporate punishment growing up. You forgot to call those people out at the time for 'emotional projection.'

If you're gonna be BlackOp-level crazy, I just ask that you be BlackOp-level consistent.

I won't flame you. This is a solid take and is likely what actually happened.

The truth is going to come out, probably sooner than we think. And everyone wailing (their wishful thinking) that the entire thing was made up from top to bottom is going to look pretty bad for wanting it to be swept under the rug because they didn't charge him yesterday.

The NEW truth?...:-)

Let me ask the deniers one thing. Look at the photos. Read the reports. Broken bones, marks from beatings strong enough to break the skin. Cuts to the face. There is no doubt these things happened.

If someone did this to your kid, what would you do? Would you get the police involved or wait until they or CPS came knocking at the door? Would you just be shrugging your shoulders at it and "cooperating with the investigation"?

No. You don't just sit on your hands if someone else does this to your kid. You're going to be coming at the MFer who did it like the T-1000

That doesn’t make any sense.
People said it was made up but also want it swept under the rug?
Why would one want something swept under, if you think it didn’t happen in the first place?

Even though some seem to think this, I have yet to see one person here say “even if Hill did it, I hope he skates and continues to be a chief”

Gives you a good idea of what a lot of people value around here.

Emotional posting....the deniers? The DA couldn't find anything...if anyone is in denial, it's the ones that cant accept no charges were filed.

Due process? Wild speculation? Or waiting to see what actually happens?

I think you need to click your heels together 3 times and say,"There's no place like home," and go there. You're way too bent. :-)

A sizable portion of the fanbase only cares about winning football games and will conduct elaborate rationalizations and engage in preposterous levels of disbelief in order to ensure nothing gets in the way of that.

God this sounds like the democrats and the Mueller report. I'd bet the NFL and KK and BP subpoena the JOCO police and Protection Services so they can see the evidence for themselves and make their own determination.
