The smart move now is for Dallas to get Vrabes to be DC and have a coach in waiting for when Fat Mike fucks it up again.

This could definitely be their play.

Washington talked with Belichick and then ultimately hired a guy who choked away a 28-3 lead to Belichick in the Super Bowl.

I understand, from Geoff Schwartz primarily, that teams are reluctant to hire Vrabel and Bellichick b/c they want control over personnel and owners are reluctant to give HC that much authority. That sounds like something Bellichick would do and if that's a stumbling block, it makes sense, particularly considering NE's last few drafts. I don't know if that's the issue with Vrabel though.

Vrabel "lost a power-struggle" with a Shannahan disciple. Washington has a Shannahan disciple as a GM. Team Ratface is petty.

At this point almost every team in the league has come to the same conclusion about him.

Washington’s offense was bad this past season, Howell failed to develop, and EB almost got Howell killed with his pass happy schemes.

EB has value as a bad cop to instill discipline to compliment Andy Reid in KC, but that doesn’t translate outside of KC without Andy/Mahomes.

Feels like yet another hiring mistake in Washington DC. Guess we’ll see if he can prove everyone wrong.

The Cowboys lost the wrong coach and retained a failure.

The team is also fighting internally. Micah is spewing crazy shit. Calling out a bad org

There’s a reason bad organizations are bad.
