We all have varying opinions about the impact of this, the numbers, etc. We will all never agree with each other. But we can all keep it civil.

Thanks!

I'm curious as to how this is all going to hold up long term or even short term.

From a work perspective our attorney's have told us we can make the vaccine mandatory but we must allow exemptions for health reasons (duh) and religious reasons or we would be open to discrimination lawsuits. Any other exemption we allowed as a company for any person would have to apply to anyone else as well with the same claim. For the record we dont plan to make it mandatory, too hard to find good employees as it is without running people off.

It would seem other businesses would start opening themselves up to the same potential lawsuits by requiring vaccinations.
