I don't see a tag and trade with Sneed. You have an elite CB in his prime. CJ is your tag and trade guy. I think we can get at least a 2nd or equivalent to.

We won't tag CJ. CJ wouldn't generate a 2nd round pick, maybe a 3rd, which isn't much better than a comp pick we would get with him signing somewhere else. We will try to sign Sneed and if we can't, Veach will tag him and listen to trade offers.

After Germany Miami game, I thought McDuffie should have some consideration for DPOY.

After Arrowhead Miami game, I’m thinking Sneed may well be the best d-back in the NFL.

Sneed is more valuable than Jones over the next 4-5 years.

You're moving on from Jones in 2-3 years anyway.

Getting Sneed re-signed allows whoever replaces Jones to have more pass rush opportunity because Sneed makes the QB hold the ball.

You tag Sneed in hopes of signing him to a new deal. If Chris Jones doesn’t have a strong FA market and we can also bring him back on a reasonable deal, let’s go…but Omenihu sliding into his role while spending that huge amount of cap space on an offensive weapon would most likely provide the best ROI.

MVS + CJ95 = 40m

Adding a high quality WR to play opposite Rice while keeping Sneed is about that same cost.

Slide Omenihu into CJ95s role and get 80-90% of what Jones brings to this team and thank Stone cold for everything he’s done for the organization.
