I had delicious wild Atlantic salmon with dijon, lemon and dill; organic butternut squash and organic steamed broccoli.

Love that meal! I used to have Salmon weekly but have been off for several months. I need to go get me some.

I have it fairly often but my nearby store that carried wild fish closed it's doors a few weeks ago. I was surprised as it was only 2 years old taking over for a previous owner under another name which moved.

Now I have a half hour drive to get all my un-farmed fish. Publix sucks on what they carry.

It's only one person. I said it nicely but with a chuckle as it was the first thing I thought of before I read any comments.

I'm kinda sad. We bought a jar of this last year at Dillons when they had a special Spanish themed market. We've used it up, and replacements are like $6/ea bought online. I paod $0.90 on sale. It is absolutely fantastic though in the salmon recipe they have. So I'll probably order more.

It's also why I suggested smaller or different cutting of the prime rib. Sometimes visualization/presentation can make or break a dish before you taste it.

You don’t always see what other people see. To me, it looked like steak when I was putting it together. Of course, when I was putting it together those strips were rare red.

Pizza was good as Hell, either way.
