Need him to step up. Was he playing most snaps? I would assume he would be. Didn't hear his name called much. Seemed he was only targeted a couple times. [Reply]

different play..ill try and find it..it was an overthrow to the conrer of the enzone from like 30 yrds out but Hardman was open up the middle and Mahomes threw to double coverage..i dotn think the trust is there with Mahomes yet [Reply]
THE PLAY IM TALKING ABOUT WAS Q2 45 SECONDS LEFT. . LOOKS LIKE HE COULDVE HIT HARDMAN UP THE MIDDLE IN THE SEAM BUT OVERTHREW WATKINS TO THE CORNER OF ENDZONE IN DOUBLE COVERAGE. .
THERE WAS A SAFTEY IN THE ENDZONE SO MAYBE THAT SCARED MAHOMES..I JUST DONT THINK HE HAS THE TRUST IN THE ROOKIE YET
So after listening to a handful of podcasts this week, it sounds like 1) Hardman played more snaps on offense Sunday than any receiver other than Watkins (and that's including Kelce) and 2) he stepped into Reek's role the second Reek went out. He was evidently not asked to do much but clear out coverage to get other people open, and to try and run Jalen Ramsey ragged on deep routes.
We'll see how he does getting the reps in practice this week, which he obviously would not have last week.... [Reply]
Hardman is in the perfect situation in KC. He has all the physical tools to be an elite WR in this league. He not only benefits from the league MVP putting the ball where it needs to be. Once he starts better route running, he's going to be in beast mode opposite Hill. [Reply]
