Donkeys just took him. That's bad for us long term I think.
Chesson could conceivably contribute right away. We (meaning UM) run a pro style offense so it's possible his learning curve is a little less than normal for a wide out coming into a system like this. And he's way further along than someone like Junior Hemingway a few years back. I don't see this one as a project pick. [Reply]

Bring us a DeAndre Hopkins or a Julio Jones, and tell me you remember wanting Jeremy Maclin to be our top dog.
When Mahomes is throwing Maclin will be a perfect fit as well as Hill . hell we may see the equivelint of a Dick Vermiel O [Reply]
Kansas City Chiefs: Jehu Chesson, WR, Michigan: B Grade
Jehu Chesson was a mid-fifth-rounder in my mock draft. This is a bit early for him, but the Chiefs traded down to acquire him, so that helps. Kansas City had to find another receiver with Jeremy Maclin's time coming to an end soon with the team. Chesson has the athletic upside to emerge as a starter one day, and he was also productive at Michigan.

When Mahomes is throwing, Maclin will be 30 or 31. If there's ever another offense like 2002-2005, it'll probably be with another WR1. [Reply]
can someone tell me how he makes the final 53? What player from last year does he beat out? Albert Wilson? DAT? I'd probably rather have both of them over this guy no?
Probably another yearly Dorsey Preseason trade where he ships one of our bottom WRs to the NFC. [Reply]

With our QBOTF being a guy willing to target anyone, anywhere... I bet we start seeing a trend away from "separation" types and begin to see bigger bodies brought in at receiver [Reply]
