It looked like a big ship. Maybe there are "sleepers".

This is something I hate. My all-time favorite horror movies, Alien and The Thing, briefly show the creatures. Not seeing it is a great way to build up suspense and paranoia. That's what really made those movies great. I hope they don't overdue it here.

Wasn't that impressed with the latest trailer.

Just looks like a remake of Alien. I'm starting to get that 'Terminator ' feeling

We have reached a point of diminishing returns

Cool.

I just hope that this time around the characters aren't teenage slasher movie stupid.

It's another clone of Alien.

Save your money.

He's made three good films in almost 30 years.

Thelma & Louise, Gladiator and Kingdom of Heaven.

The rest are garbage.

I feel the same way about this franchise as i do about Terminator. They took a great concept and ran it into the ground.

Too much over-explanation about everything. Too convoluted, etc....

I'll go see it. As long as it's Ridley Scott ripping off himself, I'll be okay with it. Hell, I really enjoyed the last one, even though the characters were dumb as a bag of shit and I still don't understand why the big bald albino guy hated everybody.

I even enjoyed his shitty Robin Hood movie.

Ridley Scott's shitty movies are better than most director's mediocre fare.

Is that the one with Russell Crowe? It was pretty bad. I tried to watch it on cable one night and gave up on it fairly quickly.

It had a lot of scenic vistas and interesting setpieces.

I'm a sucker for that.

Plus it was a prequel. I'd like to see him tackle the actual tale of Robin Hood next.
