I actually said "anything but Arizona BBQ", for the reason I just mentioned.

I've only tried a couple of BBQ places/dishes in Arizona and didn't try anything crazy... just pulled pork drenched in BBQ sauce, which is hard to screw up.

I was actually down there today for the release of King Sized Candy Bar Stout at Fate's.... delicious as always.

Followed by almost being completely run off the road by a semi that clearly gave no fucks, then almost being rear-ended by the same semi while trying to get to the right shoulder.
