Man, he was such a down to earth and genuinely good natured guy. He just seemed like a person who if you met in real life, would be someone you would instantly like. That's rare in journalism. I don't follow a lot of sports media, but this guy...I loved his stuff.

Rest in Peace. Prayers for Terez and his family and especially his fiance. Can't imagine what a shock this is for them.

This cuts deep. I'm shocked and so, so sad. We got to witness the Jordan of football journalism - dominate at UNC and get drafted by the Bulls - all to end after year 3 in the league. Terez was an all-time great in the making, and his words, personality, and zeal will be missed so incredibly dearly. Dammit.
