But I feel bad for naturally fat people. There really isn't much they can do except starve themselves and be miserable with 1200 calories.
I can be a piece of shit, eat whatever I want and still be 178 lbs. Just blessed with a good metabolism. Would be unimaginable to have to eat veggies and count cals everyday. [Reply]

Sure some people have slow metabolism, but really most fat people use it as a fucking excuse. Put the fucking soda down, pay attention to what you eat and run a fucking couple miles every once in a while. Fat people are full of two things, food and excuses as to why they aren’t in shape. [Reply]
